Warranty

All our new pickups are guaranteed to be free from component and manufacturing defects for life to the original purchaser. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

We thoroughly test our pickups at various stages throughout the manufacturing process. Should a problem arise please return the pickup via registered mail to our address below. We will make it a priority to repair or replace it free of charge as promptly as possible.

The warranty will be invalid for the following reasons:

- Damage caused by misuse or abuse
- Wear to covers consistent with age
- Repair or modification undertaken by anyone other than Tub Guitar Pickups (including four conductor wiring conversion for humbuckers)
- Disconnecting the leads at the pickup
- Removing the coil tape
- Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers

Whilst the installation of replacement guitar pickups is a relatively straight forward process, if you have never attempted this before and are not confident that you can safely undertake this job, please consult an expert to avoid any potential risk of damaging your new pickups or your prized guitar.
