Postage and Returns

UK, Europe and Worldwide postage charges are determined by the value of the order. The postage costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart prior to any financial commitment on the part of the buyer.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with any pickup you've purchased from Tub Guitar Pickups or would like to exchange it for another model, please return the pickup in its original (as new) condition by registered post within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will either exchange the pickup or provide you with a full refund. Please telephone us or use our contact form to obtain a returns reference as unsolicited returns cannot be accepted. Pickups that were custom orders cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Proof of purchase will be required to validate any warranty claim or exchange.

Please note that the customer is liable for all postage costs incurred for returned pickups.
